Request Account and Data Deletion

If you wish to request the deletion of your account and any associated personal data related to LocuL, please follow the instructions below.

Steps to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to locul.app@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include the email address or user ID you used to register in the app.
3. Our team will review and process your request within 7 business days.
4. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your user account and login information
• All data associated with your profile and app activity

Retention Policy

In some cases, anonymized or legally required data (such as logs for fraud prevention or financial transactions) may be retained for a limited time, in accordance with our privacy policy.
